Dan started out in the superyacht industry as an engineer and first officer before skippering a classic schooner and various modern sailing and motor yachts from 32m (127ft) to 52m (172ft), including the famous J-class sailing yacht “Ranger”. Dan’s key skills include large sailing yachts, superyacht racing, yacht construction and operation. He recently managed the construction of Oceanco motorboat DreAMBoat – 90m (295ft) and continues to assist with the warranty period.
